Vernon L. Chron (1912 – 1978)

Chron, Vernon L.–1339 Hammerberg Ct., age 65, died Monday, January 23, 1978 at McLaren General Hospital.  Funeral Services will be held 10AM Thursday at the Reigle Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel.  Rev. Donald E. Hall officiating.  Burial in Flint Memorial Park.  Mr. Chron was born in Diehlstadt, Missouri, November 15, 1912 and resided in the Flint Area since 1929.  He had owned and operated Chron’s Motor Sales on S. Saginaw, and also worked at Fisher Body No. 1 for 17 years.  Surviving are: wife, Geneva; 2 sons, Billy D. and Ronald L. both of Burton; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; mother, Mrs. Clara Bagley of Flint.
